Refund
Policy:
All cancellations must be completed in
writing to NIHS and received/postmarked by three days prior to the
NIHS event. All fees will be refunded if postmarked three days prior
to an event. No refunds are granted after this time
period.
Right to
Cancel
NIHS has the right to reschedule or
cancel an event should circumstances arise that, in the opinion of
the NIHS, warrants to cancellation or postponement of an event.
Should this occur, NIHS shall reimburse the student 100% of their
invested dollars, less fees for any materials ordered or received
early.
Disclaimer
Policy:
The NIHS shall assume no responsibility
for any injury to a student arising out of participation in an
educational event. This disclaimer shall be upheld also in the case
of use, misuse of materials presented in the course or manual.
Student shall assume full responsibility for his/her actions,
including, loss or theft of personal materials or valuables, and
agree to hold NIHS, its affiliates, officers or representatives
harmless.
